The Hay Market is within the Holiday Inn at Six Flags and is within a historical dairy barn that was converted many years ago... Through out the years we have dined here off and on... on Thanksgiving Day they offered a holiday themed buffet... which was delicious... Melissa was our waitress that day... she was attentive and stopped by to make sure we we not in need of anything... everyone was kind and wonderful... We will definitely eat there again...

The food was ok but needed more seasoning but I added a Lil salt but it was ok

The wait staff was super friendly and helpful. The Apple BBQ Pork Chop was scrumptious! Delightful and delicious. Highly recommend.

I apologize to the staff!! We found out breakfast was ending at 10am...it was 9:50. We hurried up and finished getting ready and high-tailed it down to the restaurant!! We made it!! We quickly ordered and were "IN" for breakfast!! Everyone was VERY NICE!! Got all the food we wanted and it was prepared perfectly....to our specs!! SO....We eat and chit chat a bit, pay for our meal and everybody who needed to, hit the restroom. I look around and the restaurant is empty!!! I stopped the waitress...sure enough. The restaurant CLOSED at 10AM!! Not just "breakfast over"....Hay Market CLOSED!! I AM SO SORRY!! I could not feel smaller!!! These people treated us great!! I hope the tip we left made up for our dilly-dallying around!! At this point, I am doubting it. PLEASE accept our apology!!

I'd review em once and I'd em review again, this restaurant serves nothing but the best. The kid at the table next to me could be whining while I'm dinning but I'm still feeling fine(ing) because the service never let you down. Workers sacrifice their time and effort to ensure you get what you want just how you like it. And for the best experience, ask for Savannah. She keeps it .

Went here for dinner and breakfast during our stay, recommend the breakfast buffet, it is worth the price. However the dinner was very over priced, food was ok, but not at the value of what they charged. Fast food places have better quality dinner meals for much less. Staff was amazing however, and place was clean and comfortable, with that old rustic feel. If stay at hotel again in future we will definitely eat breakfast here, but skip on the other meals

Terry is a gem!! The food was great! If you're visiting Six Flags, this should be a place to eat at the end of the day!
